• Compliance: We retain records of your purchase for tax purposes and to manage your 12-month service subscription.

Third-Party Sharing We only share your data with essential service providers, including:

• Couriers: To deliver your physical hardware.
• Software Partners: To facilitate the cloud-based monitoring and reporting portal.
• Payment Processors: Shopify Payments handles all financial transactions securely; we do not store your credit card details.
